Brochure plans are created by taking architect's CAD files and removing irrelevant data to produce clean and
accurate schematic images of sites and building floor plans.

In most cases architectural drawings contain around 90% irrelevant data which may be integrated in such a way
that it can be very difficult to remove.
This can prove to be a major drain to any design office taking many man hours to complete.
